Find the permalink by locating the Stable URL.
To use the permalink (stable URL) off-campus, you must add the Regis Library proxy URL in front of the stable URL.
Regis Library proxy URL: https://login.regiscollege.idm.oclc.org/login?url=
So the end result is similar to this example:
https://login.regiscollege.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://www.jstor.org/stable/2932794
The proxy URL authenticates the user, or ensures that the user has the proper credentials to use the database. The database is only available to users who are affiliated with Regis College as students, faculty or staff.
