MeSH is the National Library of Medicine's controlled vocabulary thesaurus.

Each bibliographic reference is associated with a set of MeSH terms that are assigned to describe the content of an article.  

EBSCO Databases

CINAHL and MedLine

Both can be found in our A-Z List of Databases, under "C" and "M," respectively.

Break out your research question/thesis into concepts and use these as your search terms.  For more on this, see Creating Searches tab.
